Is there a contract?
Monthly plans are month-to-month. Custom engagements are scoped with their own term and SLA.
Do you host sites you didn't build?
Yes. We review the stack first, then quote a migration so the cutover is clean and zero-downtime.
Do you still build WordPress sites?
No. As a Lovable Solutions Partner, AI-powered Lovable sites are our primary build. We still host and patch existing WordPress sites while we sunset the platform — plugin update passes are $249 one-time.
How is bandwidth billed?
Every plan includes a monthly bandwidth allowance shown on the card. Overages are billed per GB at the rate listed for your tier, and we flag you before a spike turns into a bill.
